We are a growing company and are always on the lookout for friendly, hard-working and talented people to join our team. Our cake decorators and bakers come from a variety of culinary schools and colleges in the area. For highly-skilled positions like baking and cake decorating, we prefer a minimum of two years of professional experience.
But, don't despair! Our entry-level positions include counter staff, maintenance crew and internships. We often promote from within, so getting your foot in the door is the best advice we can give anyone who really wants to work here.
Internships are available through local culinary schools such as French Pastry School, Kendall College, Robert Morris University and several other community colleges.
