Facebook contest helps Tinley's Creative Cakes unveil new line of 'extreme paczkis'

A typical Fat Tuesday at Creative Cakes means hundreds of customers coming in and a few thousand paczkis going out.
"It gets pretty crazy in here," said Beth Fahey, who co-owns the Tinley Park-based bakery with her sister, Becky Palermo. "[Fat Tuesday] is the day you get to pig out. You're supposed to come in here."

But why limit the fun to one day?
That was the question Fahey and Palermo asked.
Paczkis are normally sold only on Fat Tuesday, but when you run your own bakery you're allowed to break the rules.
