How do we come up with ideas for our menu? Well, as you can imagine - it’s actually a fun process here at Creative Cakes. After all, even our mistakes are delicious. Since we collaborate on just about everything – it usually starts is that someone saying, “What do you think about a…”. Then, at our weekly huddle, we get out the flip chart and everyone riffs on our staff member’s idea. We write it all down and then try to narrow it down to something we think our customers will like. Out of this kind of brainstorming, we almost always get a gem or two. This holiday season, we’ve got more than a couple coming your way.
