What IS real buttercream?

Well, it's our signature. We make our Italian meringue-based recipe daily, using only the freshest ingredients. Few bakeries are willing to take the time to make real buttercream, and the difference is one that you can taste. It has a surprisingly light buttery taste without being too sweet.
