Beth Fahey, co-owner with her sister Becky Palermo, said the bakery created a full sheet side-by-side cake, half chocolate cake with chocolate mousse and half white cake with raspberry mousse. They also designed a small stadium cake for the Mayor. The photos show Fran Leon (left) decorating the sheet cake with a cityscape design, and, of course a Sox logo, while Becky Palermo puts the finishing touches on the stadium cake (top, right).
